Well thanks very much for asking, the studying is nearly complete! Just one semester remains and I’ll have my masters in tax law WOOOOO!!! Nerd suprème. I just found out yesterday that the paperwork for getting sworn in as a lawyer is now all prepped so that’s gonna finally be official soon.

I had a promising first and second interview at a fun company last month that would let me do tax law in foreign languages (sounds like heaven…) and my recruiter through them said I’d be hearing more soonish… Though that wouldn’t be a law firm job.

A law firm job would be a huge slog at first (70-hour weeks for several years?) and then later more money than one can fathom… which I would mostly give away as per my other dream of being a philanthropist. 

But, the career end has yet to pan out in any shape. Fingers crossed! :D
